From Seeing to Leading — One Day.
A high-value leadership day for teams that need to see the forces clearly, make the central choice deliberately, and leave with a 30-day plan. Best when you want alignment and momentum quickly.
The Workshops
The Phantom Workforce gave leaders a way of seeing what artificial intelligence is doing to their organizations. These workshops are where that way of seeing becomes a way of leading — facilitated experiences, not presentations, built on the book’s frameworks and led by the person who wrote them.
We offer two flagship experiences that share one spine — the Human-Centered AI Leadership System and its Five Ps — and differ in depth. The one-day workshop, From Seeing to Leading, moves a leadership team from awareness to informed action in a single, focused day. The two-day intensive, Leading The Phantom Workforce, takes that same system further, giving leaders the time to apply it end to end to a real challenge they own, and to leave with a plan their peers have already pressure-tested.
Neither is a software tutorial, a tool demonstration, or a trend briefing. Both help decision-makers lead the human side of AI: the behavior, the culture, the conversations, and the capability that determine whether the technology strengthens an organization or quietly hollows it out.

A deeper intensive built around a capstone: each leader applies the full system to a real scenario they own, presents it, refines it with their peers, and converts it into a dated 60- or 90-day implementation plan. Best when the change is already underway and the plan has to be real.
“The future will not be built by organizations with the best artificial intelligence. It will be built by organizations that bring out the best in human intelligence.”
Which Experience Is Right for Your Team
Both workshops teach the same system and share the same conviction. They differ in how far you want to go in the room. The one-day workshop is built to move a leadership team from awareness to a clear, shared plan. The two-day intensive is built to make that capability durable — to have each leader apply the whole system to a real challenge, defend it, and leave with a dated plan already underway.
A frequent path: organizations use the one-day workshop to align a broad leadership group, then commission the two-day intensive for the smaller team that will own implementation. We are glad to advise on sequencing during your consultation.
Tell us about your leaders and the change you are facing, and we will recommend the right experience, tailored to your team. Every engagement begins with a short, no-obligation conversation.
